Key Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in DDC or building automation roles. Extensive experience with electrical and mechanical systems integration. Proficiency with leading control platforms such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, and Tridium Niagara. Advanced understanding of building automation systems, including BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus protocols. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and communicate effectively with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make independent decisions. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training is highly preferred. Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects.
