Who We Are Infinite Hitting Clubhouse is a growing, multi-location baseball and softball training organization with facilities across several states. We specialize in data-driven hitting instruction blended with personal connection. What We're Looking For Dynamic hitting instructors who can: Teach hitting mechanics using our training system. Analyze video to assess and improve player performance. Communicate consistently with players and parents. Write clear lesson summaries and progress notes. Contribute to social media and create content (video editing a plus). Work independently and take initiative during downtime. Help retain clients by following up and tracking progress. Requirements: College baseball/softball playing experience required. Coaching experience preferred; professional playing experience is a plus. Strong communication and writing skills. Comfortable using Instagram, CapCut, or similar video tools. Who You Are – Full-Time Instructor You’re an ambitious, coachable individual. You’re eager to contribute to a team, create content, and build relationships with young athletes and their families. You thrive on consistency and want to make a lasting impact. Ready to commit to a full-time schedule (afternoons/evenings + Saturdays). Motivated to improve as a trainer and communicator. Experience managing teams Able to manage your own time and contribute without needing constant direction. Who You Are – Part-Time Instructor You're a seasoned or mature professional who misses the game and wants to be around it again in a meaningful way. This role is perfect for someone looking to give back through coaching while maintaining other daytime commitments. Available evenings beginning at 5 PM and on weekends (during the summer months this might shift a little) Reliable, engaging, and experienced with the sport. Passionate about working with kids and sharing your knowledge. Looking for a few consistent hours a week in a rewarding environment. Compensation Full-Time: Based on experience, starting at $42,000–$44,400 a year Part-Time: $22.50/hour . Bonus opportunities available for client retention and engagement. Work Details Location: In person at either Humble location (77396) or Sugar Land (77031) Hours: Afternoon/evening hours during the week, with availability required on Saturdays. Compensation: Compensation depends on experience, role type, and availability. Bonuses: Retention bonuses may be offered, but must be earned through consistent engagement and follow-up with clients.
