Baseball Facility General Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Baseball Facility General Manager to lead our Clearwater Clubhouse dedicated to baseball and softball hitting lessons. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the overall success of the facility. Your leadership will inspire your team, foster a vibrant community atmosphere, and maintain high standards of safety, service, and facility management. Primary focus for this position is sales. You will be required to call any and all leads within 5 minutes of them coming in, booking them for a free swing evaluation, then performing the evaluation to sell them on a hitting membership. Responsibilities In Charge on creating relationships with local travel organizations and teams. Booking potential clients for Free swing evaluations. Requirements Played High School or College Baseball or Softball *Prior Sales experience a plus, will train the right candidate *Able to follow a system and the script *Open to coaching and following the Infinite System Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
