Batch Data Entry Representative Remote, Oregon, United States Perform a variety of tasks relating to data entry, customer billing, including but not limited to data entry of information into the billing system; preparation and handling of billing documents and imaging and quality control of billing documentation. Major activities and responsibilities Spreadsheet data entry from commercial invoices Data extraction from various systems Data entry for completions template inputs Creating data entry file for batch processing & reconciliation Validation input quality Communicate with internal & external clients to obtain documentation Key data into computerized systems Follow procedures and processes as defined Other duties as assigned Minimum qualifications: Secondary school graduation diploma Proficient data management skills Advanced Excel skills Proficient verbal, written & organizational skills Able to work effectively under pressure Diligent attention to detail Motivated to learn and adapt to new assignments Minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour with 98.9% error margin High volume production, data entry experience. Highly motivated; goal oriented and a team player. Responsible, reliable and resourceful
