Job Summary We are seeking a Battery Storage EHS Representative to support an active battery energy storage project in El Paso, Texas. This is a field-based role for an EHS professional with strong electrical safety, hazardous energy control, and high-voltage experience. Responsibilities Provide onsite EHS oversight throughout project activities Monitor work involving hazardous energy, electrical systems, and high-voltage equipment Support and verify LOTO / Control of Hazardous Energy procedures Conduct field observations, safety walks, and daily safety reporting Lead toolbox talks and support incident prevention and corrective actions Enforce site safety procedures and client EHS requirements Communicate clearly with field crews and project leadership Required Minimum 5 years of EHS field experience OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 NFPA 70E knowledge LOTO / Control of Hazardous Energy proficiency High-voltage safety understanding Strong written documentation and field communication skills Compensation & Travel Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience Lodging and meals covered via company-issued corporate card (up to $175/day lodging, up to $70/day meals) No additional per diem Project Length Estimated 12+ months Direct-hire potential at client's discretion Renew Safety Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
