Bausch Towers Anodized-aluminum Welder/Fabricator We are looking for full-time motivated workers, to join our company. Anodized-aluminum welder/fabricators with preferred experience in the marine industry fabricating tuna towers, railings and accessories. Work Schedule - Four 10-hour days per week (Monday through Thursday) Benefits: Group health. Dental plan. Vision plan. 401(K). Paid holidays. Vacation\PTO days (starts accruing on start date). Requirements: Must hold high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly. Must be able to read a tape measure. Must have a valid and clean drivers license is required. Must be able to stand and work for 10 hours a day. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the United States. This is a Drug-free workplace. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical. Hourly wage dependent upon experience/training level. Job Type: Full-time.
