Bausch Towers We are looking for full-time motivated workers, to join our company. Fiberglass technicians to create custom fiberglass parts using resin infusion, hand laying and vacuum-bagging techniques.Gel coat, infusion, fairing and/or paint experience is a plus. Work Schedule - Four 10-hour days per week (Monday through Thursday) Benefits: Group health. Dental plan. Vision plan. 401(K). Paid holidays. Vacation/PTO days (starts accruing on start date). Requirements: Must hold high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly. Must be able to read a tape measure. Occasionally travel for road trips. A valid and clean driver license is required. Must be able to stand and work for 10 hours a day. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Drug-free workplace. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical. Hourly wage dependent upon experience/training level. Job Type: Full-time. Benefits: 401(k). Dental insurance. Health insurance.
