BBQ Cook / Counter Team Member – Sweet Chuck’s BBQ

Sweet Chuck’s BBQ is hiring a part-time team member for our fast-paced BBQ restaurant located inside Parkville Market. This is a hybrid front-of-house and kitchen position. We’re looking for someone who can handle customer interaction while also helping execute food during service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-energy environment and takes pride in hospitality, speed, and consistency. Responsibilities Include: Taking customer orders and providing great service Preparing drinks and maintaining the beverage station Building sliders, sandwiches, mac bowls, fries, and platters to spec Slicing brisket and preparing smoked meats during service Working the sandwich and expo stations Portioning sides and sauces Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Assisting with prep and restocking during service What We’re Looking For: Restaurant or food service experience preferred Comfortable interacting with customers Ability to multitask under pressure Strong work ethic and reliability Nights and weekends availability required Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs Bonus Points For: BBQ experience Knife skills or meat slicing experience Food hall or fast-casual experience Passion for hospitality and craft food Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
