Full Job Description: Join the ABA4U team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team! This position will be based out of our clinic in Union, NJ. Create your schedule- we are flexible! The clinic is open for services Mon-Thursday from 9am to 4:30 pm. On Fridays the clinic closes at 3pm. Offering small caseloads! Duties and Responsibilities: The BCBA is primarily responsible for staff training and BCBA Supervision. The BCBA is also responsible for providing parent training and creating progress report updates. Essential Functions (but not limited to) : Conducting intake assessments Developing skill acquisition programs Conducting functional behavior assessments Developing behavior reduction plans Providing parent/family training services Collaboration with related service providers Providing direct supervision and staff training Updating data collection system Experience and Certification: Must hold a valid and in good standing BCBA certification Experience working directly with students with autism spectrum disorders or working with a related field such as child development or special education Experience working with other professionals to implement curriculum and program services for students with autism spectrum disorders Ability to work well independently but also as part of a team when needed Ability to work well under supervision Ability to think critically and problem solve while also being able to adapt when needed to support the needs of the staff and children Pay: From $70.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
