BCBA – Clinical Supervisor (Hybrid)

Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA therapy program focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for children with autism and developmental needs. This role offers a collaborative environment that integrates clinical excellence with social skills development and community inclusion, helping children build independence and meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R) Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent training and caregiver support Monitor treatment outcomes using data analysis Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Support clinical program development Workload & Structure 25 billable hours per week Caseload of 7-10 clients Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, authorizations) Focus on sustainable workload and quality care Work Model Hybrid schedule Minimum 1-1.5 days remote (documentation / admin work) Remaining days onsite for clinical care Qualifications BCBA certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong leadership and supervision skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Compensation & Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Flexible scheduling CEU and professional development support Relocation assistance Growth & Environment Supportive, team-oriented clinical culture Opportunity to contribute to a growing ABA program Clear pathway for leadership and program development
