Dealership: L0727 DCH Honda of Mission Valley DCH Mission Valley Honda BDC Service Administrator DCH Mission Valley Honda is seeking a BDC Administrator to join their service team. You will be apart of the communication hub for the dealerships service department. If you're highly organized, work well on a team and have great communication we encourage you to apply. Pay: $20-$24/hr + Bonuses (Hourly Rate DOE) Schedule: Full Time (Must be willing to work Saturdays) Responsibilities: Schedule Service Appointments Follow up with customers in a timely manner Assist with service department marketing Schedule Due Bills Answer incoming service calls Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Phone Etiquette Required Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.
