We are currently seeking a Bilingual Service BDC Representative to support our high-volume service department by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish. What We’re Looking For: As a Bilingual Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, responding to internet inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
