Responsibilities Provide professional beauty treatments Manage client consultations to recommend suitable services and products based on individual preferences hair types. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations. Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing beauty tips, and building lasting relationships to foster loyalty. Assist with retail product demos and upselling to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue opportunities. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or pending Proven expertise in hair styling, including cutting, coloring (color theory knowledge), straight razor shaving, and hair extensions Skilled in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members while providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
