Duties Greet guests warmly and provide expert recommendations on beer selections, including local brews and specialty offerings Serve beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Arryvd POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and serving stations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times Manage multiple orders simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills Educate guests about brewing techniques, beer flavors, and food pairing options to enhance their experience Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies during shifts to support seamless service flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service or beverage industry, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Arryvd POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that engages guests positively Knowledge of beer styles, brewing processes, and food safety protocols within the food industry Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to serve responsibly while maintaining professionalism in a lively environment Join us to be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
