Tap Barn Servers & Cooks Bald Top is a farm-based Brewery located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge in Madison County. We are hiring for Servers and Kitchen Staff to work in our Tap Barn where we serve beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic beverages, and wood-fired pizzas, pulled pork, pretzels and other foods. Candidates should be hard-working, have a welcoming nature, support a safe work environment, and are committed to assuring that every customer has the best experience possible during their visit. We are open four days per week and shifts can range between 4 and 8 hours. Our operating hours are 4-9pm Thursdays, 4-10pm Fridays, 12-10pm Saturdays, and 12-7pm Sundays. Employees also work during closed days performing kitchen prep duties.. Job Type: Part-time – ideal for persons with week day jobs looking to make extra income. Full-time also available via weekend shifts and kitchen prep time on one or two weekdays. Pay that includes transparent tip split: $13.50 to as high as $25/hour and sometimes higher on extremely busy days. Hourly average is typically in the $19 range.
