Behavior Clinician — G.R.O.W. Guided Reinforcement and Ongoing Wellness | Long Beach, CA | Full-Time Available We're not your typical ABA clinic. What you'll actually do Work 1:1 with kids using evidence-based ABA strategies, guided by a BCBA supervisor who's in your corner. You'll run sessions, collect data, and — most importantly — think critically. About why a skill isn't generalizing. About what motivates this kid today. About how to break down a skill. Coachable and hungry for collaboration Present and engaged — not running through a checklist, but actually connecting Playful and energetic — you bring the fun, every session Curious about the "why" — you ask questions and want to understand the science Flexible — you adapt to the child, not the script A strong communicator — clear, real, and natural with kids, families, and your team Reliable — you show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute A team player — you collaborate with supervisors, peers, and families Possess an active RBT certification or are willing to acquire certification Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as designed and supervised by a BCBA Collect accurate and consistent data across all sessions Build and maintain professional, meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients Generalize learned skills beyond the therapy setting to promote real-world independence Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and families Participate in team meetings, training days, and ongoing professional development Maintain punctuality, reliability, and session preparedness at all times Why G.R.O.W.?
