DescriptionJob Title:Behavioral Consultant ABALocation:Pennsylvania (in-community)Employment Type:Full - time Salary:$39.00 per client hourDate Posted:March 13, 2026About the RoleWe're hiring a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. As a Behavioral Consultant, you'll lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs). This is a direct care and supervisory role that requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviorsDevelop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providersImplement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatristCollaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progressProvide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goalsRequired QualificationsCandidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior SpecialistCertified as a BCBA or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysisHold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, and either:One (1) year of full-time experience in mental health direct services with children/youthCompleted a clinical or mental health practicumAbility to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI ClearancesLicensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or similar with scope to oversee ABA servicesPreferred QualificationsLeadership or supervisory experience in behavioral healthCompensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees:Wellness Time Paid HolidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsDailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday*Training, development, and CEUs for licensureAll Employees:401(k)Free licensure supervisionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Pet insuranceDiscounts on shopping, travel, entertainment & moreMileage reimbursementBenefits may vary by locationWork LocationIn-community, PennsylvaniaEmployment TypeFull - timeHow to ApplyIf you're passionate about helping youth thrive through individualized behavioral support, click "Apply Now" to join our growing team.About ClarvidaClarvida is a trusted provider of behavioral health services, supporting communities across multiple states.
