Position Type: Summer School/Paraprofessional Date Posted: 3/30/2026 Location: First City School Closing Date: Open Until Filled These individuals will work under the direction of a teacher and an administrator. The paraprofessional will work in the areas of academics, remedial skills, behavior and emotional skills, and other areas as assigned. The paraprofessional will be expected to physically restrain students if the need occurs. Salary and all other working conditions will be in accordance with the employment agreement in effect between ISD #31 and the BESP, SBR 200-20-1 dated January 27, 2025. A minimum score of 460 on the ParaPro Assessment or two years of study at an institution of higher education (AA, AS, 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits) is required.
