Benefits Per diem work with flexible scheduling Opportunities to work close to home in New Jersey Hands-on training and supportive supervision A small, collaborative team where your contributions matter Compensation: BT Rate: $22–$25/hour RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour Paid training opportunities available Career growth encouraged and supported Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect data and document client progress Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment Communicate with families and supervisors effectively Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred RBT certification a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Ability to pass background checks
