Learning Path ABA Services is looking for Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technicians (BT/RBTs) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Position Overview The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) works directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference every day. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and in-home settings Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate interactions with clients and families. Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures. Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with support). Experience working with children preferred (ABA, autism, education, childcare, or related fields) Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
