Job Summary Single Mothers Striving for Success is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed, and dedicated Masters Level Clinical Therapist to join our growing Youth Group Home team serving 3 male youth ages 13–17. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with juveniles and troubled youth who have experienced loss, unexpected life challenges, family instability, behavioral concerns, and significant trauma that currently prevent them from safely remaining in their home environment. About Our Program SMSS offers a comprehensive continuum of behavioral and mental health services including: Outpatient Therapy In-Home Services In-School Behavioral Support ABA Services Medication Management Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) We provide services to children, adolescents, and families throughout our communities with a strong focus on trauma recovery, behavioral stabilization, emotional wellness, and long-term success. Position Responsibilities The Masters Level Clinical Therapist will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to youth ages 13–17 Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning Support youth experiencing trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, and family conflict Collaborate with case managers, behavioral staff, schools, probation officers, and community providers Maintain timely clinical documentation and progress notes Participate in treatment team meetings and crisis intervention support Assist youth in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and healthy relationships Support family reunification and stabilization efforts when appropriate Clinical Services Provided Our clinical team utilizes evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including: Outpatient Services Individual Therapy for youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or life challenges Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for youth impacted by abuse, neglect, grief, loss, or trauma Family Therapy to strengthen communication and conflict resolution Play Therapy to help youth express emotions through developmentally appropriate techniques Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children exhibiting behavioral challenges Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Our IBHS program supports children and adolescents experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties through community-based interventions including: Functional Behavioral Assessments Individual and Family Therapy Behavioral Consultation in home, school, and community settings Skill-building interventions 1:1 Behavioral Health Technician support Individualized treatment planning across multiple settings Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19141
