Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including intake procedures and medical documentation Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques Maintain HIPAA compliance by safeguarding patient records and ensuring confidentiality in all medical documentation and records management Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in a behavioral health or special education setting Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy methods, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA) Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management Experience conducting intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Ability to collect accurate data during sessions and interpret results to inform treatment planning Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality is essential Demonstrated patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills when working with diverse populations Join us in empowering individuals through compassionate care, innovative strategies, and dedicated support.
