We’re looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Site Manager (LCSW or LPC) to join our team at our Priest Recovery Health Center in Tempe, AZ HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING T erros Health is hiring an Arizona Licensed Clinician for our BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICAL SITE MANAGER position in Tempe, AZ. Location: Near Loop 202/ Priest Drive Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week LPC Or LCSW Required 1 year of experience in a leadership position required Experience With The SMI Population Required Experience as a Clinical Coordinator is a Plus Competitive Compensation Independent Licensed Required (LCSW or LPC): $80K- $85K - Depending on Years of Experience Sign On Bonus = $5,000 (*New Hires Only - Does Not Apply To Current Employees) Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL: $2/hour (Approximately $4160 Annually) As a Clinical Site Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the direction of health and clinical services. You will oversee clinical activities, performance reviews, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring a high-performing team. Using the Triple Aim framework —better health for populations, better care for individuals, and lower costs—you will ensure our programming meets the highest licensure and accreditation standards. You will bridge the gap between administrative excellence and clinical integrity, ensuring every patient receives integrated, high-quality primary and behavioral care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Culture: Instill Terros Health’s core values into daily operations. Build and leverage a strong team, identifying individual strengths and providing coaching to achieve critical business results. Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical and administrative supervision for direct reports. Ensure all services align with Individual Service Plans and meet the needs of our members. Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular quality reviews and chart audits. Serve as an expert in evidence-based practices and use data analytics to drive excellence in care. Operational Management: Manage staff production. Monitor ER and hospital utilization to develop strategies that improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary costs.
