NOW HIRING – MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE A well-established nonprofit organization founded in 1971 is hiring for several full-time opportunities across healthcare, workforce development, and social services. The organization serves more than 35,000 New Yorkers annually through health coordination, employment services, assessments, training, and placement programs designed to promote long-term self-sufficiency and stability. AVAILABLE POSITIONS Bilingual French Insurance Navigator Hybrid position Salary: $50,000 annually Assist clients with health insurance enrollment and navigation services French bilingual required Bilingual Spanish Insurance Navigator Hybrid position Salary: $50,000 annually Assist clients with health insurance enrollment and navigation services Spanish bilingual required Career Readiness Instructor On-site position Salary: $50,000 annually Facilitate career readiness programming and workforce preparation workshops Account Manager / Job Developer On-site position Salary: $70,000 annually Develop employer partnerships and support job placement efforts for program participants Career Counselor On-site position Salary: $58,000 annually Provide career guidance, employment planning, and case support services Workshop Facilitator On-site position Salary: $54,000 annually Conduct professional development and employment-focused workshops Bilingual Spanish Intensive Care Coordinator On-site position Salary: $57,000 annually Coordinate care and support services for clients enrolled in health-focused programs Spanish bilingual required QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in workforce development, healthcare navigation, counseling, case management, or related fields preferred Ability to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills required for select positions ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION This multiservice nonprofit agency is dedicated to helping individuals with medical, behavioral health, and social service needs achieve greater independence and stability.
