Position Overview Valley Empower is seeking a motivated and compassionate licensed clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health therapy services to AHCCCS members and other clients. The ideal candidate is experienced with Medicaid/AHCCCS documentation standards, comfortable managing an active caseload, and passionate about helping underserved populations. This position may include Individual Therapy Group Therapy Treatment Planning Behavioral Health Assessments Clinical Documentation Coordination of Care Crisis Support as needed Preferred Credentials We are primarily seeking candidates who hold one of the following Arizona licenses: LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor LISAC – Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor Required Qualifications Active Arizona behavioral health license in good standing Currently credentialed and approved with AHCCCS and/or AHCCCS health plans preferred Currently Credentialed with other MCO's strongly preferred as well.
