Our mentors are a vital part of our treatment team providing critical support to children ages 6 through 17. Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills. Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team. Laundry/cleaning duties while clients sleep Participate in Shift Report. Provide transportation. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
