Behavior Technician (BT) - Part Time Location : Bronx, NY 10462 Setting : Client’s home We are looking for a caring and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to work one-on-one with children in their home. In this role, you will help teach everyday skills and support positive behavior using simple, step-by-step plans. You will not be working alone. Your sessions will be guided by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) , a licensed professional who designs the child’s program and supports you along the way. What You Will Do Work directly with a child in their home Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive strategies Follow a clear plan created by a supervising BCBA Take notes on progress during sessions Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers What We’re Looking For Experience working with children is preferred, but not required Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take feedback Ability to maintain professionalism and follow instructions Must pass required background checks Schedule Part-time Regular, scheduled hours discussed during the interview Why This Position Is a Good Fit Ongoing guidance and support Meaningful work helping a child develop important life skills Opportunity to gain experience in a growing healthcare field If you are dependable, caring, and interested in helping children learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.
