Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and emotional regulation Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis management, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychiatrists, and nurses, to implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience working in mental/behavioral health environment preferred Experience with the 12-Step program required Must have an acceptable driving record and complete a background check What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work–life balance.
