Position Overview We are seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists (BTs) to join our team. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers. For BTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation - our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive weekly supervision , along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits. This ongoing support helps BTs feel supported while maintaining high-quality care in the home. Job Responsibilities Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Therapist will: Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care What Makes Our InHome Model Different Many BTs worry that in-home work means less support - we've designed our program to be the opposite.
