Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to join our dynamic jewelry manufacturing team.In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, repairing, and finishing jewelry pieces with precision and care.Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise will ensure each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to creating beautiful, custom jewelry pieces for our valued customers.Duties Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, polish, and finish jewelry components with accuracy and attention to detail Repair damaged or broken jewelry pieces by soldering, setting stones, or reshaping metals Operate manufacturing equipment such as polishing machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and small-scale assembly line machinery Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production goals and quality standards Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet specifications before delivery Assist in inventory management by handling raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse environment Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially within jewelry or metalworking industries Mechanical knowledge related to assembly line processes, hand tools, and power tools is essential Warehouse experience involving the handling of small parts or delicate materials is a plus Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous but not required; training can be provided Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow precise instructions are critical for success in this role Join us as a Bench Jeweler and become part of a passionate team dedicated to craftsmanship excellence.We value your skills and provide a supportive environment where your expertise helps create stunning jewelry pieces that delight our customers!
