Role Description We are seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler to join our talented team in either Atascadero, CA or Encinitas, CA. The Bench Jeweler will be responsible for designing, fabricating, repairing, and maintaining fine jewelry pieces, with a focus on precision and quality. Daily tasks include polishing, assembling jewelry, ensuring adherence to the brand's standards, and collaborating with our team to produce exquisite, high-quality designs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer service and training team members in various aspects of jewelry production. Qualifications Experience in Jewelry Design with a strong understanding of Fashion Jewelry trends Proficiency in Polishing techniques to maintain high-quality finishes on jewelry pieces Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist clients with guidance and support Ability to provide Training and mentorship for team members as needed Attention to detail, a commitment to craftsmanship, and skill in handling fine materials Previous experience working with 14k gold, diamonds, and precious gems is highly desirable Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team Passion for the artistry and craftsmanship of fine jewelry
