Job Title: Benefits Manager Location: Miami, FL Industry Required: Law Firm only Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans. This role will manage daily benefits operations, ensure payroll accuracy, and lead annual open enrollment. The Benefits Manager will collaborate with brokers and vendors, analyze and improve benefits offerings, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ACA, ERISA, and COBRA. The role also involves handling employee communications, managing leave of absence processes, and supporting benefits budgeting and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage employee benefits programs Lead open enrollment and benefits communication Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and internal teams Monitor benefits costs, reporting, and program effectiveness Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, and three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience at an AMLAW 200 law firm. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and/or CEBS professional designations preferred. Requirements: Strong knowledge of benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA) Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
