Regular and predictable attendance is required The Boeing Company is seeking a detail oriented, Experienced Benefits Data Management Specialist to join the Compensation & Benefits Delivery organization supporting Boeing’s U.S. health and insurance, employee 401(k), pension, non qualified and equity plan programs. This role is 100% onsite at our Mesa, AZ location. This role maintains and audits benefit data and systems, partners with cross functional teams and vendors, and helps ensure accurate benefit administration across systems. The ideal candidate thrives on problem solving, delivering results, and creating positive user experiences in a changing environment. In addition, this candidate will have strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities. You will also collaborate across functions and with internal / external partners which will require strong verbal and written communication skills. Position Responsibilities Research, triage, and resolve benefit related data inquiries of varying complexity from internal customers and external vendors Collect, validate, protect, and store employees and plan data to enable accurate analysis, reporting and auditability Validate data input and file transmission processes (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Data Warehouse, vendor) Perform security administration for Boeing and vendor systems: process access requests, manage roles/permissions, and maintain minimum required access Audit supplier and vendor data, troubleshoot operational and batch processing failures, and ensure data consistency across systems Analyze production incidents, determine root cause, propose and coordinate corrective actions with Payroll, Strategy, IT and application vendors Lead or participate in system testing, releases, upgrades and cross functional implementations (blockpoints, feature releases) Calculate 401(k) contribution corrections, maintain benefits matrix table, and complete earning code audits for retirement savings plans Maintain and continually improve desk procedures, playbooks and knowledge base documentation Support flexible hours as needed to meet customer and vendor windows and critical processing schedules Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in data management and data governance activities: collecting, validating, auditing and protecting HR/benefits data 3+ years of experience troubleshooting batch/production issues and driving root cause remediation 3+ years of experience with retirement plan administration support, vendor interaction, and remediation processes (including HSPII data management and data security adherence) 3+ years of advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) 2+ years of experience working with Workday and/or similar HCM systems and common reporting tools Preferred Skills: 3+ years of experience leading and managing projects 1+ years of experience with the Oracle/Peoplesoft HR Management System Experience performing security administration for HR-related systems Experience with retirement plan regulations, ERISA basics, and payroll/compensation concepts Understanding of emerging technology (e.g. AI tools) Pay Rate Range 45 - 55 USD hourly Benefits Information Optional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Tundra Technical Solutions is among North America’s leading providers of Staffing and Consulting Services.
