Description RESPONSIBILITIES Assist employees with benefits questions and issues Assist employees with insurance sign-ups Hold department round tables Oversee annual Open Enrollment program Organize and oversee company health fairs Assist with various Human Resources responsibilities Qualifications Team oriented Excellent communication skills Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Prior experience with benefits issues is helpful but not required Internal applicants must have less than 3 points EOE/VET/DISABLED
