Key Responsibilities Include: πŸ”Ή Administer and coordinate employee benefit programs including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans COBRA administration Flexible spending accounts Workers’ Compensation Leave of absence programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, and ADA) πŸ”Ή Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations while maintaining accurate HR and benefits records πŸ”Ή Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to: Benefits coverage Retirement plans Leave entitlements Workers’ Compensation claims HR policies and procedures πŸ”Ή Manage leave administration and Workers’ Compensation cases by collaborating with employees, supervisors, medical providers, and third-party administrators πŸ”Ή Coordinate and support open enrollment activities and employee benefits presentations πŸ”Ή Assist with OSHA compliance, safety programs, and required recordkeeping πŸ”Ή Support employee relations initiatives including: Workplace investigations Conflict resolution Progressive discipline guidance HR policy interpretation πŸ”Ή Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment 🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit?
