Competitive Pay + Tips (when serving) Full Time Position (40 hours+) Store Sales Performance-Based Manager Bonus Manager Meal Comp Employee & Family Discounts 401(k) Program Overtime Opportunities Positive & Team-Oriented Work Environment Long-Term Growth Opportunities Position Responsibilities Lead and support front-of-house dining room operations Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily staff activities based on business needs Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards Train, mentor, and motivate servers and support staff Assist with food and beverage service during busy shifts Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and presentation Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and timely service Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Help maintain food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience Previous restaurant management or assistant manager experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures Bartending experience is a plus Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented mindset Schedule Requirements Open availability preferred Must be available to work Weekend.
