Come join Pine State Beverage, Maine's leading state-of-the-art beverage distribution company.We are a family-owned company looking to hire capable individuals to grow our talented and dedicated workforce.Pine State features a diverse work environment driven by our team of dedicated and talented employees.We value determination, work ethic, and motivation.Perks and Benefits:Competitive pay Company vehicle Cell phone stipend Health Benefits after 30 days of employment 401k with employer match Paid vacation, sick, and holidays Training and career development Job Summary:The Beverage Draft Technicians support the overall efforts of our on-premise sales teams.The work performed ensures quality draft beer reaches our consumers and guarantees that the beer served looks and tastes as the brewer intended.Clean beer lines and equipment are an essential step in the market for quality draft beer to be served.Territory for this position covers the Bangor area.Required Skills:Valid Maine driver's license and safe driving record.Physical ability to lift heavy objects on a consistent basis.Demonstrated mechanical and electrical ability.Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.Time-management skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.Commitment to quality customer service and willingness to work as part of a team.Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including weekends.Draft Technicians Job Duties:Work within a specific account base that you are responsible for.Clean and service draft lines in that territory.Cleaning to include the lines, faucets, couplers, and FOB's.Maintain accurate draft service records using our software program DRAFTLINE.Communicate variances in planned schedule.Troubleshoot draft problems upon request.Communicate at a high level with Draft Supervisor.Resolve all draft trouble calls within a same-day timeframe.Communicate serious and/or unusual draft problems to the appropriate PST Co.personnel.Establish & maintain working relationships with accounts, suppliers, and PST Co.personnel to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.Ensure that Company property, including vehicles, tools and draft equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained and in good working order.Assist sales division in setting up, coordinating, and selling special events as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Physical Job Requirements:Regular and sustained periods of exertion requiring ability to lift carry and position product using proper body mechanics.Significant periods of time spent sitting in vehicle, traveling to accounts within assigned territory.Exposure to variety of environmental conditions:weather, temperature, lighting, and noise as determined by driving conditions.#INDPSBopsjobs.
