Summary: This position is responsible for the administrative function of the Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) at their assigned location. This includes staff supervision, expense monitoring, billing, auditing, and providing backup as needed. The position reports directly to the BHUC Director providing oversite to the program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for oversight of their BHUC staff to include selection, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action of employees. Coordinates staff schedule to ensure there is coverage. Provides back up as needed to BHUC for call outs. Provide feedback to BHUC Director regarding performance or problems/concerns with staff and overall program issues. Provides training to staff on process standards, both monitoring and status to standards, ensures strict compliance with all Professional standards, to ensure agency procedures/requirements are met including HIPAA/Confidentiality.
