Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and convert leads into sales Quote and sell auto, home, and other P&C insurance products Build rapport quickly and overcome objections Follow up on leads and maximize close ratios Accurately input client data using Microsoft Windows systemsds and suggest improvements in service delivery Qualifications Experience in Property & Casualty insurance Active P&C license preferred or - WILLING TO OBTAIN - WE WILL SPONSOR Fluent in English and Spanish Strong closing and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Solid typing skills and computer proficiency Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
