Shop Tech - Join Our Team! Big Sur Adventures is looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.What You'll Do:Assist customers with bike rentals, reservations, and inquiries via phone and email.Perform basic bike maintenance and repairs (training provided).Use Google Workspace and booking software to manage inventory.Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming.Learn and follow biking safety standards.What We're Looking For:Eager to learn with a proactive attitude.Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Google Workspace.Strong communication and customer service skills.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs (essential for handling electric bikes).Passion for biking, outdoor activities, or sports is a plus!
