Position:Bilingual Customer Service Representative Role Description:As a Customer Service Representative at MedRock, you will play a key role in managing patient and provider communications, ensuring a smooth process for prescription orders, addressing any patient issues related to products or shipping, and facilitating follow-up calls regarding order status and payment methods.Your role will contribute to the overall success of the company's customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding prescription orders, issues with products, billing or shipping inquiries.Place outbound calls to patients to discuss order details and payment methods.Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed notes in the computer system.Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.Basic computer proficiency and experience with web-based phone systems.Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.Required Education & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.Position Details:Status:Full Time, Non-Exempt, M-F; 9-5:30 or 9:30-6; Saturdays 9-1 (2 Saturdays a month) Location:6424 Colleyville Blvd, Ste 112, Colleyville, TX 76034 Reports To:Team Lead, Customer Service Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.00 - $17.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift:Day shift Work Location:In person Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.00 - $17.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
