This position is on-site in Maryland, open to Eagle Pass, TX area candidates willing to relocate at their own expense. Bilingual Case Processing Specialist (All Languages) Open to out-of-state candidates (Relocation Required - No Housing Provided and must be willing to relocate at own expense) $27.00 - $30 per hour (Full-Time) Bilingual candidates (ALL languages welcome - not limited to Spanish) Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 24/7 operations - includes nights, weekends, and holidays Contract position Overview Join a mission-driven team supporting critical government operations in a fast-paced environment.As a Case Processing Specialist, you will play a key role in intake, documentation, and case coordination, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respectful interaction with individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.We are actively seeking candidates who speak two or more languages, including but not limited to:Spanish, French, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and more.This position is based within a secure federal processing facility operated in support of U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).Candidates must be comfortable working in a controlled, correctional-style environment with strict security protocols. Why become a Case Processing Specialist with Anovaeon: Competitive hourly pay (27-32.55/hr) Generous PTO package Opportunity to work in a high-impact government operations environment Work where your language skills are actively used Full-time hours Key ResponsibilitiesCase Documentation & Processing Prepare, review, and maintain case files in compliance with federal standards Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Support preparation of case packets and administrative records Data Entry & Records Management Enter and update case data in secure systems Maintain accurate electronic records and track case progress Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity Intake & Identity Verification Assist with intake documentation for individuals undergoing processing Verify identification and maintain accurate personal records Support administrative and biometric intake processes Case Tracking & Coordination Monitor case timelines and documentation status Coordinate with internal teams and government personnel Ensure timely submission of required materials Communication & Compliance Communicate professionally with staff and government personnel Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Follow all federal documentation, security, and compliance protocol Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases) High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality in a secure environment Willingness to work flexible schedules (including nights/weekends/holidays) U.S.Citizen (federal requirement) Ability to pass a federal background investigation (DHS clearance) Bilingual (not limited to Spanish) Preferred 2years of administrative, clerical, or records experience Experience in government, legal, immigration, or correctional environments Experience with case management systems Prior or current government security clearance Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods while conducting data entry and interviews Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during facility operations Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions Capability to work in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature variations) Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations throughout the facility Visual acuity for detailed computer work and document review Auditory ability to conduct interviews and monitor facility for safety concerns Work Environment Fully on-site role in a secure ICE processing/correctional facility (MD/VA/WV region) Controlled environment with strict federal security protocols Fast-paced, high-accountability setting Extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer work Important Information Relocation required if not local (no housing or relocation assistance provided) Employment contingent on: Federal background investigation (up to DHS Tier 4) Drug screening Full credentialing compliance About Anovaeon Staffing At Anovaeon Staffing, we support mission-critical government operations in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.We specialize in humanitarian response, migration, and emergency operations--placing professionals in roles where accuracy, professionalism, and real-world impact matter every day.
