Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Bilingual Client Intake Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the intake process for potential clients, conducting initial consultations, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires delivering compassionate and efficient support to individuals seeking immigration guidance, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with attorneys to ensure client needs are met. The coordinator will also assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Qualifications Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills Experience with customer service, client communications, or related roles Comfortable using intake systems, data entry tools, and productivity software Background or familiarity with immigration processes and legal services is highly beneficial Compassionate, professional, and able to work effectively with individuals facing challenges Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
