Bilingual Concrete Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale concrete construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively coordinate teams, manage project schedules, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. As a key driver of project success, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your expertise in construction management software and technical skills will propel projects forward with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of concrete construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, fostering clear communication in both English and Spanish. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and adjust plans proactively. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation of project requirements and specifications. Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations. Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to design schematics such as Civil 3D. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily logs using Bluebeam or ProCore. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status updates effectively while managing expectations. Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a focus on sustainable practices. Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective bilingual coordination. Proven experience in heavy civil or concrete construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera (P6), Civil 3D, HeavyBid or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction estimating processes. Skilled in project scheduling, project management methodologies, and time management to meet tight deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and experience conducting site inspections for quality assurance. Ability to read technical schematics and understand civil engineering drawings related to concrete structures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
