In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on construction sites, ensuring a pristine environment that meets project specifications.Your bilingual skills will enable effective communication with diverse team members and contractors, fostering a smooth workflow.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris removal to uphold safety and cleanliness standards Sanitize work areas, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a healthy environment for all workers Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, following safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and the designated second language to coordinate cleaning schedules and report issues Assist with the setup and breakdown of site facilities such as portable toilets, storage areas, and safety signage Monitor the site for hazards or unsafe conditions related to cleanliness and report them promptly Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply inventories to ensure consistent site standards Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) to facilitate clear communication on-site Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy construction environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to construction site cleaning practices Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Join us in creating safe, clean environments that support successful construction projects!
