Salary: $55,000–$65,000 DOE + Commission Full-Time Location : Dallas, TX Position Summary: We’re seeking a high-energy, experienced leader to oversee business development, recruiting, and operations for our Construction & Skilled Trades Division in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and is passionate about connecting top trades talent with leading employers across the DFW area. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships across the DFW metroplex Source, recruit, and onboard qualified skilled-trades candidates Perform job-site visits, safety checks, and assist with workforce planning Manage field-employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance, and compliance Lead, mentor, and develop a growing internal team Requirements 3+ years of experience in construction staffing, skilled trades recruiting, or industrial staffing Strong sales and business development skills Knowledge of construction trades and OSHA safety standards Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred What We Offer Competitive base pay + commission structure Career growth opportunities Full benefits package Supportive, team-oriented leadership Company Hiring Requirements: E-Verify Drug Test 7 Background Year Background Check - No Felonies/No theft/ No violent/sexual crime Must be able to pass a background check.
