River Bend Consulting is a sales and business consulting firm helping Doral enterprises thrive in a digital-first world--powered by AT&T Business.We're seeking an Customer Experience Associate who leads with empathy and expertise.You'll craft integrated plans that combine high-speed Business Fiber and secure smartphones.The Customer Experience Associate's consultations ensure sales accuracy and compliance.You'll also protect sales lifetime value through smooth activation.The Customer Experience Associate's approach blends consultative sales with attentive account management, ensuring each step is clear and each solution fits perfectly.Through consistent sales follow-up and relationship-focused sales tactics, the Customer Experience Associate delivers sustained support and exceptional value, helping local enterprises operate smarter and more connected.Core Functions of the Customer Experience Associate Strengthen client relationships in-person by providing responsive support and recommendations across Business Fiber, smartphones and wireless devices.Educate businesses on connectivity advantages by explaining symmetrical fiber speeds, device integration benefits, and converged mobile capabilities.Assess commercial bandwidth and mobility needs to recommend AT&T Business Fiber tiers and wireless device solutions that improve efficiency.Coordinate service transitions and account updates to support upgrades, migrations, and adjustments that maintain retention, accuracy, and continuity.Resolve B2B service and billing inquiries by applying eligible commercial credits, promotions, and adjustments to ensure transparency and trust.Oversee commercial account integrity by reviewing service details, validating upgrade changes, and ensuring AT&T Business records remain accurate and secure.Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Experience Associate High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.Experience supporting business accounts in B2B coordination, client services, or sales within telecommunications.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills suited for fast-paced B2B operations that require accuracy, adaptability, and consistent follow-through Bilingual in Spanish and English is required Preferred Skills for the Customer Experience Associate Aligns solutions with budget, scalability, and long-term sales value.Maintains consistency across all client-facing sales interactions.Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in client-facing sales situations.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$3,750.00 - $4,375.25 per month Work Location:In person.
