Rainking Purification Systems is a segment leader in the sales of Water Purification systems.We are a growing company looking for a bilingual customer-oriented service associate who maintains our high standards of customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications/Skills (Must have):Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Creole.Professional appearance and excellent attitude Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.This role requires daily dependability; frequent absences or tardiness are not acceptable.Proven ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities without loss of quality.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Errors in this role have a direct business impact and are not tolerated.Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure with a strong work ethic.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to work independently, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Must be proficient in handling office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and photocopiers.A high school degree or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation (required).Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening (required).Job Duties and Responsibilities:Handle high-volume incoming phone calls and respond to customers' inquiries efficiently and positively.Handle customer complaints, interact positively with upset customers, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.Enter new customer information and updates into QuickBooks and other databases.Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and supplies.Go to the post office daily, banks, and other stores sometimes during the week.Perform other clerical office duties such as filing and photocopying.Assist with the Office Manager tasks as needed.Schedule:Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M.through 5:30 P.M.with availability to work on Saturday.(This is required) Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after three (3) months of employment 401(k) matching after six (6) months of employment Vacation and sick days pay after one (1) year of employment Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:36.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Application Question(s):If you are hired, when could you start to work?
