Job Description
ESI Management, a sales and development firm, is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Support Associate to support the continued expansion of our AT&T sales initiatives.As demand for reliable connectivity continues to grow, the Bilingual Customer Support Associate plays an important role in connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds and helping them understand the value of AT&T products and services.As a Bilingual Customer Support Associate, you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T technology solutions, explain service options, and guide individuals toward plans and devices that best fit their needs.Through clear communication, personalized recommendations, and strong relationship-building skills, the Bilingual Customer Support Associate helps create positive customer experiences while contributing to overall sales growth. Bilingual Customer Support Associate Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers to introduce AT&T products, services, and promotional offers. Communicate with customers in their preferred language to ensure a clear understanding of available technology solutions. Explain device features, service plans, and connectivity benefits in a way that is easy for customers to understand. Recommend AT&T sales plans and device options based on each customer's usage, preferences, and budget. Assist customers through the service enrollment or upgrade process while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Track customer interactions and sales activities while working toward individual and team performance goals. Maintain strong product knowledge of AT&T devices, plans, and services through ongoing training. Education & Experience Needed for the Bilingual Customer Support Associate Fluency in English and Spanish (or another second language) required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and professional development Preferred Skills for the Bilingual Customer Support Associate Strong interpersonal and bilingual communication skills that build trust with customers Ability to simplify technical features into clear customer benefits Confidence presenting products and services to customers from diverse backgrounds Goal-driven mindset with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer interactions The Bilingual Customer Support Associate position with ESI Management offers an opportunity to build valuable sales and communication skills while helping customers stay connected through AT&T's industry-leading technology solutions.Pay:$950.00 - $1,350.00 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
