Job Title:Bilingual Department AdminLocation:Saline, MI 48176Job Type:Contract About CTC:Founded in 1996, CTC is a global IT services, Consulting and Business Solutions partner dedicated to helping organizations innovate, optimize, and grow.With over 2,000 professionals worldwide, we support more than 100 clients in transforming complex challenges into lasting competitive advantages.Job Description:Who we are:The role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Division Vice President, Executive Team, and departmental leaders.Responsibilities include managing schedules, travel, meetings, documentation, reporting, budgeting, and office operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.The position also oversees onboarding/offboarding, supports safety and 4S activities, manages SharePoint sites, coordinates cross-functional tasks, and assists with project coordination.Strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365, ability to handle multiple priorities, and Japanese-English language support for documents and meetings are essential.The role also handles special projects and contributes to continuous process improvements across the division.What you'll be doing:Japanese language proficiency required High school diploma or GED 5years of experience providing administrative support to Department (GM level) or above.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and members at all levels of the organization.Strong focus on customer service and demonstrated success working in teams.Ability to present concepts visually in graphs, tables, charts, and other methods.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, etc.).Candidates must successfully pass an Excel Test prior being submitted.Experience managing expenses and invoices including working knowledge of Ariba/SAP, Chrome River, and Time & Projects systems.Experience managing significant volume of design-in invoicing.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information.Ability to be independent and a self-starter, managing time effectively.Proficient at managing multiple requests, prioritizing, and communicating status of progress.Must be able to accurately assess resources needed to complete tasks and escalate when priorities conflict.Able to remain composed during times of stress and demonstrate flexibility.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.Proven success identifying and implementing changes to projects and processes to ensure continuous improvement.Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday including overtime (up to 10%) and limited travel as necessary What you may bring Understanding of Toyota policies & processes related to travel & expense, budgeting, job request (JR) system, confidentiality, compliance, etc.Experience with PowerBI or other relevant software/tools.This job is also searched as Executive Administrative Assistant Executive Assistant to Division VP Senior Executive Assistant Executive Support Specialist Bi-Lingual Executive Assistant (Japanese/English) Division Administrative Coordinator Departmental Administrative Coordinator Division Operations Assistant Administrative Operations Coordinator Department Support Specialist NIT01 Job Type:Contract Pay:Up to $33.00 per hour Experience:Executive administrative support:6 years (Required) Language:Japanese (Required) Work Location:In person.
